Job summary
You can be a part of this process by joining our team as a Sr. Transportation Manager and to be responsible for develop, design and expand our Transportation Marketplace network. This position plays a vital role in our logistics process, working under the direction of better sellers experience and to represent our company towards to the best customer experience. You'll come to be that person who will lead our transportation initiatives, developing new processes and services, connecting sellers base from all over Brazil to our customers, with shorter transit times, cost sustainable and with the best SLA. You will be also responsible to develop new products in transportation within the first mile process (pickups) in our network and work together with other businesses teams all over the world in order to achieve high standards. This is a great position to help acquire and/or hone your customer service skills, as well as to gain exposure to the practical applications of digital data management tools. You'll also gain a unique insight into the e-commerce logistics industry.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree completed.

• High level leadership experience within a transportation, logistics, delivery, first mile, last mile, e-commerce, b2c or transformation environment with strong bias towards data and analytics.

• High level leadership experience in planning for a transportation, logistics, delivery, first mile, last mile, e-commerce, b2c or transformation industries.

• Advance experince with performance metrics.

• Advance level in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.

• Fully Bilingual (English & Portuguese).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back-up assumptions, make recommendations, and drive actions.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and clerical skills.

• Awareness of the importance of customer service.

• Understanding of domestic shipping processes, pickups, drop-off points.

• Experience successfully developing others into higher levels of leadership in an organization.
